Takeover Tuesday

Do you have a Non-profit organization and need help with some fundraising? Let us help you with a movie night dedicated to your organization. We want to help you with your mission, get the word out there and help you make some money too. We are offering for Non-profit groups, clubs and organizations to choose any Tuesday throughout the year and make it your movie night. Your "Take over Tuesday"



Here is how it works:

Schedule your Tuesday movie night: with Jenna (Reel Mountain Sales Manager at 303-618-6398 or estescinemas@gmail.com) There are 52 of them in a normal year available.
Get the word out to everyone that you are doing a special "_(your organization name here)__ Movie night at the Reel Mountain
Decide what of the extra things you want to do to make your night special... set up a table, create a movie/ front ad about your non-profit, sell cookies(girl scouts) solicit new members, donations, decorate etc.
have people purchase tickets to come see a movie like normal, any concessions purchased that day 1/2 go towards local Non-profit organization!
What else can you do:

Have a silent auction at the theatre.
Get new Members- Sign up new members
Put our info about your non-profit
Promote your non-profit.
Get the word out about what you do.
Show a short video about your non-profit before each show on your take over Tuesday
Put out donation boxes for your non-profit
Make it your special promo movie night. Let me know what other ideas you have.
Decorate the theater in your theme.
